Membership Policies
Please review the Slight Breeze Studio membership policies below. If you sign up for a membership you accept all studio policies and rules unanimously.-
- Members must book their desired studio time at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and studio approval.
- All cancellations require 24-hour notice to minimize lost opportunities for other members and guests.

- All unused hours will expire at the end of the month. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.
- Studio membership hours are non-transferable.

- Members are welcome to use all included studio equipment plus add-on equipment such as lighting and colored backdrops. We just ask that you let your studio host know precisely what equipment you will need for your studio rental prior to your start time.
- Members can have up to six guests in the studio during their booking. Please inform the studio host of additional guests, as additional guests are subject to a charge and host approval.

- Members will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. The billing cycle begins on the sign-up date and recurs on the same date each month.
- Payments will be automatically charged to the member's chosen payment method on the due date. Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
- A grace period of 5 days post the due date will be allowed for any late payments without incurring additional fees.
- If payment is not received within 15 days after the due date (including the grace period), membership services may be suspended until the balance is paid in full. Continued non-payment for over 30 days may result in termination of the membership. Any outstanding balance will still be due.

Yes. Memberships are designed for creators who want consistent access without the friction of re-booking every time. Even if you don’t shoot weekly, having hours banked means the studio is available when inspiration hits without paying full hourly rates.

Absolutely. Members can book additional hours at a discounted member rate, giving you flexibility during heavier production months without losing the benefits of membership.

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically to the payment method on file. Billing begins on the day you sign up and recurs on the same date each month

Yes. To protect the experience and availability for members, we limit the number of active memberships. Once we reach capacity, we pause new sign-ups until space opens again.

Memberships are non-transferable and tied to one primary member. This ensures fair access and availability for all members. If you collaborate often, your collaborators are welcome to join you during booked sessions.

Yes. Members may bring up to six (6) guests with them during their booked studio time. Guests must remain with the member at all times and are included as part of the member’s session.
Sun Chaser members also receive the added benefit of being able to gift one (1) free hour of studio time to a new guest — a great way to introduce a collaborator, client, or creative friend to Slight Breeze Studios.
